Shipping policy
Shipping Country/Region
1. Almost all countries and areas around the world(except some remote areas and islands, including Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico in United State, St. Helena, Seychelles, Djibouti, Cayman Islands, Falkland Islands, etc.).
2. Shipping costs will be automatically billed at checkout based on your shipping address(Free Shipping for United State).
3. If the payment is delayed, the processing time will be lengthened.
4. Shall you need to order a big amount of products at a time, please contact us to get the discount of the products and shipping fee.
5. The prices are not include taxes. Any import tax the destination may need to charge is not included and shall be customer's obligation.
Orders Tracking
1. After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details. And your order will be ready within 48-72 hours.
2. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email, which includes your order number, express information, and package tracking number, and you are also able to track the status of your order through the email. Your package will typically be delivered within 5-7 business days(some remote areas will be delivered about 10-15 business days).
3. Delivery time and transportation time are for reference only.
Shipping Carriers
We will ship the products from our US warehouses or China warehouse by our cooperated carriers. We are unable to choose an exact carrier for your order. Your order might be shipped by UPS, DHL, Amazon Logistics US, 4PX and etc.

1. Please confirm your shipping address prior to completing your order. If you want to modify your shipping address, please email us (support@makerzoid.com) within 48 hours of purchase, or we will ship to the address according to your order information.
2. If there is any force majeure that causes our products damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at support@makerzoid.com after you receive your package. And we hope to get your understanding and patience in this circumstance.
3. Please contact us at support@makerzoid.com within 7 days of the delivery suggested by the official tracking system of logistics companies if you do not receive the order, or we shall bear no responsibility on this occasion.
4. If there is any damage to the package and/or products inside, or if there is any item(s) missing, please contact us at support@makerzoid.com within the day with pictures and/or videos.
5. Please contact us at support@makerzoid.com within 24 hours if you want to cancel your order. We accept the order cancellation before the order is shipped.
