Product Usage

You can download from the link of Google Drive:

For android users, you could search "makerzoid" on Google Play to download.

For ios users, you could search "makerzoid" on App store to download. 

Only Robot Master series have tutorial videos. 

Please make sure the product you purchase is robot master standard or premuim, then choose the "kit" accordingly.

After you register via phone number or email, click "Course" then click "Exchange code" to fill in the course card (comes with the product) number and password to redeem the course.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Make sure your smart devices have already turned on the bluetooth function 

2. Maker sure it's authorized the app to get the location access and bluetooth function access fully. 

3. Put the device close to the robot, after 10 seconds, light turns into green from red, it means it's connected.

If still doesn't work, pls try to restart the devices, the bluetooth, the app. 

Still not working, then delete the app and redownload to try again.

After all these moves still not working, pls contact our aftersale service for help.

It's telling you the battery is low, you'd better change to new ones. 

We recommend you use Duracell battery which is the most durable and power suitable for controlling our robot in any speed it supports after hundreds times of testing from our R&D team.

For every product we sell from this site, it has 30 days quality warranty of the motors, control host and sensors. Shall you have any quality problem of these parts within 30days after you receive the product you purchased, you're eligable to get the replacement parts for free based on the order number and proof including but not limited to pictures, videos..etc

Returns

Please note that, the following products are not eligable to get a non-conditional returns:

1. The product you odered is a discounted product.

2. It's not in good adition that will impact second time selling.

Shipping

Currently our products are sold in limited countries/regions, if it happens to not include where your address is but you really would like to purchase our products, in this case, please kindly contact our staff via online chat or our FB for further solutions.

All the orders will be shipped by air.
